From November 12 to November 25, pursuant to CAPE’s Constitution and Bylaws, all members in good standing were asked to vote on:
- the resolutions being put forward
- to approve the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 fiscal year budgets
- to approve the Association’s financial statements for 2020-2021
- the proposed dues adjustment
- EC members were also invited to vote on their choice of two directors.

Having been made aware that CAPE requires to increase its staffing levels in order to be able to continue to meet its legal obligation to provide fair representation to its members and that it will be in a deficit situation if it does not increase its dues:
