In a new article published by The Hill Times, union heads expressed their optimism regarding the new PCO anti-harassment in the public service report and its concrete timelines.
“I think it’s paramount to have set timelines because all too often you can start with a plan [but] without a proper implementation timeline, things can get dropped off the radar,” said CAPE National President Greg Phillips. “I think it’s also important that public servants feel that the recommendations in the report will make a difference.”
The union applauded the report, adding it was “long overdue”.
