As Civilian Members (ESS or TRL) the following provisions in the EC or TR collective agreement apply to you as per Appendix L of the EC collective agreement and Appendix H of the TR collective agreement:
- Article 9: Use of Employer facilities (article 8 TR)
- Article 10: Check-off provisions (article 11 TR)
- Article 14.10 – 14.12: Contract negotiations meeting and others (article 10.05-10.07 TR)
- Any increases to rates of pay and allowances.
Should deeming happen?
A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) had been signed in 2019 between CAPE and TBS. It specified the transitional provisions to be addressed:
- Existing leave credits
- Vacation leave:
- Sick leave:
- Pay increment
- Relocation on retirement benefit
- Funeral and Burial entitlements
- Fitness and lifestyle
- Stand-by and overtime
