CAPE has been proud to represent RCMP civilian members since 2018, after the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board’s decided that those in the ESS and TRL classifications, whose work is very similar to that of public sector employees in the EC and TR groups, should fall under the same scope.
