- STEP 2: Click on the Votes tile and register to vote. You will only be allowed to complete this step once.
- STEP 3: Click on the Vote button to vote. You will only be allowed to complete this step once.
Pursuant to CAPE’s Constitution and Bylaws, all members in good standing will be asked to vote on the resolution being put forward, to approve the budget, the Association’s financial statements and to approve the choice of the auditing firm that will be auditing the Association’s financial statements.
Be it resolved to accept the budget for fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, as prepared by management, recommended by the Finance Committee and approved by the National Executive Committee.

Be it resolved to accept the audited financial statements for year 2019-2020, as prepared by management, reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the National Executive Committee.

Be it resolved to accept the Audit committee recommendation that the firm McCay Duff LLP Chartered Professional Accountants be the Association’s auditor for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2020.

Be it resolved that:
CAPE should organize and hold a membership-wide vote on whether to join the CLC, the vote to be held no later than 31 December 2020; and,
Prior to the vote, preferably through a special general meeting (to allow for discussion) and by email, CAPE should provide members with information about joining the CLC including information about the CLC itself, cost, how the fees will be covered from the CAPE budget, and the advantages of membership.
