Your bargaining team met with the employer on May 7, 8 and 9. The parties have now come to the table to exchange comprehensive offers to reach an agreement. The last offer was submitted by CAPE and the employer will review it in the coming days.
The next meetings should take place during the second week of June, but the dates are to be confirmed.
Of course, in case of failure, the parties are left with only one possibility: declare stalemate and ask an arbitration board to make a binding decision and thus decide on the points still pending at the moment when the stalemate was declared.
In the meantime, the negotiation of the transition modalities of RCMP TRLs to the Public Service continues at a separate table.
