Strength in Diversity
This year's theme will be diversity in the workplace. The federal government mirrors our society which is in constant change and evolution. Diversity is one of the many strengths of the federal public service. But how does the government take advantage of this strength in the workplace? How well does the federal workplace adapt to its diversity and make sure to leverage our rich differences? What are the challenges and opportunities for public service employees? Those are some of the many questions our guest speaker, Larry Rousseau, will cover during his presentation.
Send us your questions!
The AGM will also go over general issues including the President's Review, the budget and the presentation of resolutions. Come in great numbers and take part in the discussions!
