CAPE President Greg Phillps, along with other Public Service Unions, will be keeping an eye on those charged with fixing the Phoenix Pay System, as head Phoenix fixer Les Linkletter zeros in on correcting overpayments, transfers, terminations and acting pay in September.
Meanwhile, a PIPSC survey suggests most Canadians think Phoenix should be fixed within 6 months to a year.
