Your Collective Bargaining Team met with the employer’s bargaining team on October 6 for the purpose of continuing negotiations that started on August 4.
The discussions remains positive, and the parties were able to make progress on several issues.
Issues up for negotiations include but are not limited to compensation, remote work, career development and leave provisions.
Issues on the table were drawn from a survey sent to OPBO members on April 29, 2021, requesting their views on issues to cover during the negotiations.
The parties are scheduled to return to the table on November 1 and 2.
