Your bargaining team met with the Employer’s team on April 19, 20 and 21. The parties reached agreement on a few issues. They also continued to submit their respective proposals. We are now moving on to more substantive issues.
The employer has submitted a preliminary monetary offer. CAPE will present its demands later, once all the inflation data has been compiled up to the date that your collective agreement expired (April 18, 2022).
We hope to meet in person at the next bargaining session in May.
