Voting period from November 12 to 25, 2021
Pursuant to CAPE’s Constitution and Bylaws, all members in good standing will be asked to vote on the resolutions being put forward, the proposed dues adjustment, to approve the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 fiscal year budgets and to approve the Association’s financial statements for 2020-2021 . In addition, EC members will also be invited to vote on their choice of two directors.

Having been made aware that CAPE requires to increase its staffing levels in order to be able to continue to meet its legal obligation to provide fair representation to its members and that it will be in a deficit situation if it does not increase its dues:
Be it resolved to accept the proposed $10 monthly dues adjustment and yearly increment tied to EC members’ negotiated salary increase.
