The current collective agreement covering your terms and conditions of employment expires on June 21, 2022. CAPE will file a notice to bargain to commence negotiations toward a new agreement in early 2022.
The bargaining committee wants to know your priorities for the upcoming round. Your assistance in completing the survey is essential and greatly appreciated as it helps your bargaining team set priorities and develop proposals to bring to the bargaining table.
Please register in the CAPE Member Portal and the link to the survey will be emailed to you.
The deadline for the survey is December 3.
Your feedback and answers will be kept strictly confidential. No identifying information will be disclosed to management, at the bargaining table or elsewhere.
