The Government of Canada is currently evaluating Dayforce as a possible replacement for the Phoenix pay system. As part of this process, they are offering User Awareness Sessions to allow employees to explore the platform.
The sessions primarily focus on basic navigation tasks, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the system. However, we're not confident that these sessions address the deeper issues at the heart of the Phoenix payroll disaster, namely ensuring accurate and reliable payroll processing.
To ensure your concerns are heard, we are launching a survey to collect feedback on your experiences and frustrations. This survey is separate from the employer’s process, allowing you to share your thoughts freely. Your input is essential in shaping decisions about a new pay system that truly meets your needs. We will use your responses to send a strong message to Treasury Board.
