On Wednesday June 12, 2019, the Canadian Association of Professional Employees signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Employer regarding the damages incurred by the Phoenix pay system. The offer was accepted and announced on May 17, 2019. This agreement covers CAPE members employed between 2016 and 2020.
With the signing of this agreement, begins the 150-day implementation period as mentioned in article 14 of the Phoenix FAQs document.
