Do you want to help shape the future direction of the Canadian Association of Professional Employees (CAPE)? Is there something that you are itching to change about CAPE?
The Young Members Committee (YMC) welcomes members of CAPE to our inaugural Resolution Drafting Hackathon on Wednesday, July 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Three Brewers on 240 Sparks Street, Ottawa.We will be exchanging ideas and discussing potential resolutions in a mutually-supportive environment. Specifically, we encourage participation from members of CAPE who are interested in youth issues or are new to the Public Service to join our event.
At the event, we will have experienced submitters of previous resolutions that have been successfully passed at CAPE. They will answer any questions, exchange experiences, and help you work through the process.
The event will be preceded by a short update from the YMC where you can also contribute your ideas for other activities and events.
