A complaint was filed with the Elections and Resolutions Committee (ERC) on November 5, 2023, which could potentially impact the election process. As the ERC requires time to examine the issues raised in the complaint, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be rescheduled to November 29th to allow for appropriate time for the ERC to examine the complaint in detail. Pursuant to By-law 3.10, given that the election period is subject to the date of the AGM, the election period will run from November 30th to December 13th, 2023.
