William Krause Boardroom
In-person
For more than 10 years, CAPE has hosted biannual Stewards’ Training Sessions to provide information on labour relations practices and policies that affect our members. These sessions are designed to equip stewards with valuable tools for themselves, to aid in their role as stewards, and to act in solidarity with their colleagues. This training enables stewards to develop new skills, make connections, and start to build the foundation required to help inform members about their rights in relation to their collective agreements and the employer.
These two-day training sessions are typically offered in-person at CAPE’s national office in Ottawa, during the SPRING and the FALL, and provide a unique opportunity for learning and building community among stewards.
