In our opening meeting, we will:

• Review the current situation, the history of the Phoenix crisis, and the lessons learned from eight years of union responses.
• Engage in an open planning exercise to begin to identify pressure points, tactics, and strategies.
• Map out next steps for the working group, including organizer training that will equip and empower you as rank-and-file members to build pressure in your workplaces and adapt the campaign to your local.
