On November 08, CAPE announced that it had reached a tentative collective agreement for members of the Library of Parliament.

VOTING PERIOD
Members will need to vote on whether to ratify or reject the agreement. Voting will take place online over a 14-day period from 1pm on Friday, November 17th to 1pm on Friday, December 1st.

You must be a registered CAPE member to vote. If you are not yet registered, please complete the form here. Due to high volume, it may take several days for your registration to be processed so please submit your information as soon as possible.

ATTEND A PRE-VOTE WEBINAR
Before voting is open, CAPE will be hosting a bilingual webinar on Friday, November 17th . This virtual information session will provide more details about the agreement, and the bargaining team will be available to answer your questions.
Attendance at these information sessions is not mandatory to cast your vote. The session will be recorded and published for those who are unable to attend.
