If you wish to participate in the Annual General Meeting (AGM), whether in person or virtually, you must register in advance using this form.
Please note that we can only accommodate 100 participants in person, the rest will have to participate virtually via the Zoom link or by the phone numbers available below.
Submit all your questions in advance in the registration form.

The best way to manage the challenge of holding a hybrid meeting using multiple channels of communication in real-time and to answer all of your questions in a timely manner is to send them to us before the meeting in your registration form.
Questions should be sent by 4 p.m. EST Friday, November 4, 2022.
Please note that questions will also be taken live during the AGM via general@acep-cape.ca and we will do our best to answer them, time permitting.
The membership will be invited to vote on 2 member’s resolutions. The drafters will be given time at the AGM to speak to their resolution and take questions submitted by members in advance.
Questions should be sent by email at info@acep-cape.ca by 4 p.m. EST Monday, November 7, 2022.
The ERC Chair might allow questions from the floor if time allows.

This year has been a busy one — advocating for our members on multiple fronts, as well as negotiating to secure the best collective agreement for three of our four tables who are in negotiations now. We have been advocating and negotiating with conviction and determination, always keeping your best interest and well-being at the center of what we did.
The AGM will be an opportunity to look back on the challenges and successes of the year, and to recognize the incredible work of all our leaders and volunteers.

Pursuant to CAPE’s Constitution and Bylaws, all members in good standing will be asked to vote on a series of resolutions being put forward, to approve the Association’s financial statements and the choice of the auditing firm that will audit the Association’s financial statements.
EC members in good standing will also be invited to vote on their choice of EC Directors to fill the 2 vacant positions.
