OPBO collective bargaining

The OPBO collective agreement applies to advisors, analysts and research assistants in the Office of the Parliamentary Budget Officer group. When Library of Parliament members were transferred to the Office of the Parliamentary Budgetary Officer, CAPE sought successor rights to represent them and was certified as their bargaining agent in 2018.

The current agreement will be in effect until September 20, 2025.
